Jodi Hope Grinwald is a visionary and award-winning advocate for change with over 20 years of dedication to the nonprofit and business sectors. As CEO of Today is the Day LLC, host of the Today is the Day Changemakers Podcast, and co-founder and CEO of the Zzak G. Applaud Our Kids Foundation, Jodi dedicates her work to empowering and connecting individuals, communities, and businesses so that they can thrive helping them to have their voices heard.

Through Today is the Day Changemakers, an international platform and podcast, Jodi unites global thought leaders and changemakers to share their stories of resilience and innovation, sparking inspiration and connection across borders. 

Each year, she hosts the International Changemakers Forum, a global event that brings together visionary leaders, innovators, and social entrepreneurs to drive meaningful change and inspire collaborative solutions to pressing global issues. 

In late-2025, she will launch her highly anticipated book, a project designed to amplify the voices and stories of changemakers worldwide, offering readers insights and actionable guidance to create impact in their own lives and communities. This book launch, alongside the Forum, reflects her commitment to empowering others and building a movement of connection and transformation on an international scale.  

At the Zzak G. Applaud Our Kids Foundation, Jodi ensures underserved children with all abilities have access to life-changing arts education, providing funding for dance, acting, instrumental music, and vocal lessons that build confidence and unlock potential. This organization is the only one of its kind in New Jersey. 

As a certified professional Connection Coach, Jodi specializes in helping entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies build meaningful connections that drive personal and organizational success.
