As a Leadership & Connection Strategist, I partner with organizations, leaders, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and professionals to strengthen leadership, workplace culture, communication, collaboration, and client relationships that drive engagement, retention, sustainable growth, and results.

I’ve partnered with organizations across industries—including American Express, law firms, accounting firms, nonprofits, associations, educational institutions, and businesses of all sizes.

Through my Connection Is the Work™ Methodology, I equip clients with practical strategies they can immediately apply to build trust, elevate leadership, improve communication, foster collaboration, strengthen client and employee relationships, and drive organizational and financial results.

I am an author and collaborative publishing strategist who believes that every person has a story capable of creating impact. Today is the Day. LIVE IT! brought together 31 voices to share powerful lessons from the edge of comfort to the center of impact.  I'm currently curating my second collaborative book: Today is the Day. OWN IT! scheduled for release in the Spring 2027.

As host of the Today is the Day Changemakers Podcast, now in its sixth season and downloaded in more than 140 countries and territories, I interview changemakers and inspirers from around the world.

Co-Founder and CEO of the Applaud Our Kids Foundation, a nonprofit expanding access to the performing arts for children from the ages of 7-18 whose family is experiencing a financial need. Our program provides an ongoing creative outlet for so many children across New Jersey.  

I’m honored to have been named one of the 2024 Jersey Shore’s Most Influential in Business by the Asbury Park Press and to have received the New Jersey Governor’s Award in Arts Education, the ATHENA Leadership Award from the Monmouth Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the New Jersey Business & Industry Association Nonprofit Leadership Award. I am a proud Professional Member of The Recording Academy® known for the Grammy Awards.
