In her coaching practice, Jodi works with clients in leadership and team development, executive coaching, sales coaching, and career path coaching, helping mission-driven professionals and organizations strengthen alignment, communication, and impact.

Jodi is the co-founder and CEO of the Zzak G. Applaud Our Kids Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that funds ongoing performing arts lessons that include dance, acting, vocal, and instrumental music for children ages 7-18 who meet the financial needs criteria. The foundation works with a network of vetted local studios and instructors, ensuring that every child can receive lessons in a supportive community setting.

A Professional Member of the Recording Academy, Jodi’s work has been recognized with honors including the 2024 Jersey Shore’s Most Influential in Business, the 2023 New Jersey Governor’s Award in Arts Education, and the Athena Leadership Award.
